Once you have enrolled in any of Skilly’s training programs, the fee payment is considered final. Skilly does not offer refunds for any payments made, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal or non-attendance after the commencement of the course
Inability to attend classes due to personal or professional reasons
Discontinuation of the course mid-term
Any dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
In the rare event that Skilly needs to cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide students with:
The option to transfer their enrollment to another session or course.
A credit for the amount paid towards any future programs offered by Skilly.
If you are unable to attend your current session, we offer an option to transfer your enrollment to a future session, subject to availability and approval by the Skilly administration team.
By making a payment to Skilly, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refund Policy. All payments are non-refundable, and students must ensure their commitment to the course prior to enrollment.
